Puliyogare | How to make Puliyogare

Ingredients to make Puliyogare 4 cup cooked Rice

1 small ball of Tamarind

2 tbsp Jaggery

1/2 cup Peanuts

3 tbsp puliyogare powder

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Mustard Seeds

1/4 tsp Hing

1 tbsp Chana daal

10 Curry Leaves

2 dry Red Chilli

Salt as per taste

1 tbsp seasme seeds

How to make PuliyogareSoak tamarind ball in water

And sieve it

Add jaggery in water and cook till dissolve

Sieve it and keep aside

Heat kadhai and add tamarind paste

Add jaggery in it and cook till little thick

Add salt,hing and puliyogare powder and mix

In other pan for tadka heat oil

Add mustard seeds and red chilli

Add peanuts and chana daal

Roast them and add curry leaves

And sesame seeds on low heat

Turn off gas

Add tadka in tamarind paste

Add boiled rice and mix properly

Serve hot with curd

My Tip:Can make it's powder ,i use readymade

Noodles pie

Ingredients-- 1 cup flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp carrom seedsFor filling--- 1/2 cup boiled noodles
1 chopped onion
1 green chilli
Salt per taste
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp tomato sauceMethod-- Make dough by given ingredients
Cover for some time
Heat oil in pan add onion and saute
Add chilli and spices
Lastly add sauce and coriander leaves  or parsley
Roll down dough and cut with small cutter
Put filling on one round and cover with other
Apply water and stick both rounds
Prick with fork
And fry or bake at 180 degree for 20 min.

Choclate sandesh

Ingredients-- 1 cup chenna
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tbsp coco powder
1 cardmon powder
Pista for garnishMethod-- Take chenna and mash it finely
Add sugar.and coco powder
Mix all of them and mash with palm
Add cardmon powder
Now devide in equal parts
Make balls and press lightly with thumb
Garnish with  pista

Pineapple pulao

Ingredients-- 1 cup boiled rice
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
Curry leaves
2 dry red chilli
1 cup onion
1 cup mix bell peppers of 4 colours
1 cup chopped pineapple
Salt to taste
2 tbsp sambhar masala
Coriander leaves Method-- Heat oil and add jeera
Add curry leaves and onion
Saute them and add bell peppers
Cook them and add pineapple
Cook all of them 2-3 min.
Then add salt and sambhar masala
Mix finely
Lastly add boiled rice and toss
Mix all of them
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot

Juzt jelly Orange chia seed pastry

Ingredients-- 1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Orange food colour
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chia seeds
Whipped cream and 8-10 jelliesMethod-- Take sugar and butter in a bowl
Beat them till creamy
Add egg one  by one and beat
Sieve flour and baking powder add chopped jellies in flour and coat them in flour
And add them in wet ingredients
Lastly add orange juice and fold all of them
Add vanilla essence and chia seeds
Preheat ovan and pour battar in silicon mould or greased mould
Bake for 25 180 degree
After baking let it cool
Then cut in small pastry size and cream it
Top with juzt jelly

Juzt jelly Dragon fruit pudding

Ingredients-- 2 cup milk
1/2 cup milkmaid
1 cup puree of dragon fruit
1/4 cup powder sugar
7-8 strawberry  just jelly
2 tsp agar agar powder
Pista and scoop of dragon fruit for garnishMethod-- Boil milk in a pan
Add milkmaid and stir then add sugar
Take agar agar powder and add in milk mix
Stir continuously  and give boil
Add chopped jellies
When it starts to become thick turn off gas
Strain it to remove any lumps if present in milk mix
Pour in a serving dish and let it set in freeze
Garnish with juzt jellies and scoops
Add pista and serve chilled

Mango brownie

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup chopped  mango choclate
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup powder sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
10 just jelliesMethod-- Chop jellies and sprinkle some flour upon them to coat in flour
Melt choclate in double boiler
Add melted butter and stir regularly to mix
Sieve flour in choclate mix add baking powder and sugar
Preheat ovan
Mix all of them  and add vanilla essence
Now add milk in three parts
And add jellies
Fold finely
Then transfer in grease mould
Bake it for 25 180 degree
Let it cool and garnish with  whipped cream  and jellies
