Daal pakwaan

Ingredents--- Chana daal 1cup,haldi, red chilli powder, salt amchoor, garam masala, jeera powder  oil and jeera For pakwan-- maida 2cup salt, oil 1tbsp and water For serving--- chopped onion, tomato, green chilli coriander leaves, green dhaniya chutney and saunth chutney Method---  soak Chana daal 5-6 hours  and boil. Bite should be there. Then take oil add jeera . Then add haldi Mitch garam masala, amchoor ,jeera powder and little water . When boils add Chana daal and cook. Keep it medium .gravy is not required Pakwan--- make a dough of maida, salt and oil with water like nankeen.rest for 15 min. Than roll it cut it and fry it. Prick them with a fork before fry. Serving--- take Chana dal in bowl add chopped veggies and green and imli chutney. Sprinkle some onion tomato again and garnish with coriander leaves
