Dhokla cake

#cmtccontest18 #femora #valentinetheme #post2 #Valentine Dhokla cake We make different cakes on valentine day but I prepare Dhokla Cake And decorate it with fruit and vegetable.I dedicate this to my grand daughter...Right now she is my valentine. Ingredients--- Besan 1 cup 1tbsp rava 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp Salt or to taste 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp ginger green chilli paste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 sachet of eno For dacoration--- Scoops of watermelon,pineapple,muskmelon and papaya Mint leaves Black sesame seeds Vegetables and fruits as desired or available I take strawberries and black and green grapes In vegetables I take beet,carrot and mint Method---- Take besan ,rava and salt in a bowl Mix them Add sugar,turmeric powder and ginger chilli paste Add lemon juice Lastly add eno and 1 tsp water to activate it Mix quickly and pour in greased mould Cook in a steamer for 20 min. Insert a knife in it and can check whether it comes clean means dhokla

Stir fried chilli garlic noodles

Ingredients-- 2 cup boiled noodles 6-7 minced garlic cloves 2 green chilli 1 cup all three bell peppers juvenile 1/2 cup chopped cabbage 1 chopped onion in slices 1/2 cup carrat juvenile 1/2 cup paneer 6-7 cherry tomatoes Parsley 2 tbsp olive oil Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp water Method-- Heat olive oil and add minced garlic Roast and add onion saute it Then add carrot Cook lightly and add bell peppers and cabbage Stir fry them And add all spices Then add soya sauce and chilli sauce Mix all of them Add paneer  and coat in masala Lastly add noodles  and toss Mix cornflour in water and add in noodles Mix all  with spatula Add cherry tomatoes Add vinegar ,herbs,parsley Serve hot

Baked matar paneer gujiya

Ingredients-- 1 cup wheat flour 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp ghee 1 tsp carrom seeds 1/2 cup boiled peas 1/2 cup grated paneer 1 tsp grated ginger 1 green chilli 1 tbsp cashew pieces 1 tbsp kishmis Coriander leaves Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp fennel powder 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chaat masala Ghee for greasing Method-- Take flour and salt in a bowl Add ghee and crumble it in flour Add carrom seeds and required water and make dough Take boiled peas and grind them coarsely Grate paneer and add ginger and chilli Add all spices and mix them Add nuts and coriander leaves Devide dough in equal parts and make balls Take ball and roll down Place it in gujiya mould stuff with filling Carefully seal remove extra parts Prepare all gujiya like that Place in lined baking tray Preheat ovan brush with ghee And bake for 20 min.at 180 degree Serve with green chutney and sauce

Zuccini pizza

Ingredients-- 1 zuccini 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp mixed herbs 1 tsp pepper powder 3 tbsp pizza sauce 1/2 cup processed  cheese 5-6 cherry tomato 1/2 sliced green capsicum Salt as per taste 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tsp flakes 2 tsp oregano Parsley for garnish Method-- Grate zuccini and add  it in muslin cloth Rinse and remove water Take in bowl and seperate  it Add both flour and mix Add spices and egg Mix all of them Spread in lined baking tray And bake for 15 to 20 min.at 180 degree in preheated  ovan When baked spread pizza sauce upon it And grate cheese Add capsicum  and cherry tomatoes Sprinkle  salt,pepper, flakes and oregano Bake till cheese melt Serve with sauce

Watermelon gazpezo

3 cup watermelon,1 tomato,half cucumber,1/4 beet, 1 tsp basil leaves,1 tsp mint leaves,1 tsp sugar,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 green chilli,1 cup watermelon scoops Method--- Chop all vegetables add in mixi and make juice Add salt,sugar,basil and pepper Take a serving dish add watermelon scoops and slowly pour soup .
