Lemon coriander soup

🌺Majority of soups comes with a lot of oil and spices that increased health risk and harm our body.only few are there which are beneficial for our body.lemon coriander soup is one of the healthiest soup which is rich in vitamin c.this soup enable us to stay fit.this is best antioxidant agent and improves immune system,controls blood pressure and preventing diabetes.it is beneficial for skin and hair also. 🌺🌺Ingredents---- 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp oil 4 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup fine chop onion 1/4 cup grated carrot 1/4 cup grated cabbage Salt 2 tsp cornflour 🌺🌺Method---- Take water and cornflour and mix cornflour in water Heat oil Add garlic and saute Then add onion and saute Then add carrot and cabbage Cook a little stir continuously Then add water or vegetable stock Cover pan and cook 2 min. Then add lemon juice,salt and cornflour mix Stir it and add coriander Serve hot.

#strawberry payasam 👸Ingredents--- 1 glass milk 1/2 cup milkmaid 1/2 cup paneer 1/2 cup strawberry puree 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cardmon powder 2 tbsp chopped nuts For rim-- Red sugar 👸Method---- Heat milk till thick Add sugar and mix Cook till dissolve Then add milkmaid Mix finely Now add paneer and stir continuously When it become thick turn off gas Let it cool Then add strawberry puree Add ghee in pan and roast nuts Brush milk on rim of glass Take red sugar in plate Roll glass rim in it Pour paya dam in glass Top with nuts and serve

🌴🌴🌴From our childhood we were used to eat kali mirch in winter.In breakfast we used to have kali mirch with papad. Generally on Sunday or some other holiday either aate ka halva or kali mirch.alongwith papad or mogar ki subji..That was our breakfast.In cold cold winter hot hot kali mirch .....I love very much..... my grand mother..'s dish ...Just I want to share with all of you.Easy to make and taste mein gajab...Anand hi anand 🌴🌴🌴Ingredents--- 4 tbsp wheat flour 3 tbsp ghee 1/2 cup sugar 8-10 peppercorns 2 tbsp gond 8-10 almonds 🌴🌴🌴Method---- Heat ghee in pan.add gond in ghee and stir till it completely splutter It will become double in size add peppercorns and stir then add almonds. roast in ghee till golden then add wheat flour and cook. stir continuously otherwise flour will burn. when it will cook it's colour will change and it becomes brown. Then add sugar in it Stir till sugar mix in it finely Cook on low flame. Serve hot

🌷Vegetable jalfrezi is a wonderful sweet and sour vegetable.everyone love this vegetable.full of vegetables with butter and creamy taste goes very well in winters. 🌷Ingredents---- 2 cup red,yellow,green chop in strips bell peppers 1 cup carrot in strips 1 cup potato in strips 1 cup beans in strips 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp oil 1 bay leaf 4 cloves 6 peppercorns 1 stick cinnemon stick 1 tsp jeera 6 cashew nuts 1 cup chop onion 1 cup chop tomato 1 tsp chop ginger 1 green chilli Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp sugar 1 cup cream Coriander leaves 🌷Method---- Heat 1 tbsp butter in pan add whole spices and saute Then add onion and saute Add tomato and cook Add green chilli Add cashews Add haldi and red chilli powder When they all become soften turn off gas Let it cool and then make paste in mixi Till then in same pan again heat butter and oil Add 3 bell peppers stir them Then add beans and stir Add carrot and potato Stir al
