Lemon coriander soup
🌺Majority of soups comes with a lot of oil and spices that increased health risk and harm our body.only few are there which are beneficial for our body.lemon coriander soup is one of the healthiest soup which is rich in vitamin c.this soup enable us to stay fit.this is best antioxidant agent and improves immune system,controls blood pressure and preventing diabetes.it is beneficial for skin and hair also. 🌺🌺Ingredents---- 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp oil 4 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup fine chop onion 1/4 cup grated carrot 1/4 cup grated cabbage Salt 2 tsp cornflour 🌺🌺Method---- Take water and cornflour and mix cornflour in water Heat oil Add garlic and saute Then add onion and saute Then add carrot and cabbage Cook a little stir continuously Then add water or vegetable stock Cover pan and cook 2 min. Then add lemon juice,salt and cornflour mix Stir it and add coriander Serve hot.
