Peas bruchetta

#peas bruchetta Ingredients--- 4 slices of bread Garlic loaf 1 cup boiled Peas 2 tbsp Butter 4 Garlic cloves 1 green chiili fine chop 4 cubes cheese Parsley Salt Pepper Ganoa spice How to make Cheesy peas bruchetta--- Heat a tawa or in ovan roast loaf slices Crush peas and garlic Melt butter and add garlic , and salt, Mix finely Take butter in pan and roast crushed peas Add salt pepper and spice Now spread garlic butter on roasted slices Add peas over it Take slight butter in pan and toss cherry tomato Sprinkle little salt Be careful while using salt because you have to adjust it on the whole Now grate cheese on peas masala and top with cherry tomato Now cook on tawa on low flame till cheese melt or in ovan Serve hot

#onion pepper quiche Ingredients to make Onion pepper quiche 2cup Maida Cold Butter 1cup Salt Cold Water For filling--- Onion 1 chop Red, yellow and green Capsicum 1cup Spinach finely chop half cup Baby Tomato 6 Parsley 1/2 Cup Hungcurd Cream 200 ml Salt Pepper Process cheese 4cubes How to make Onion pepper quiche Take flour add salt and butter Rub butter in flour and make crumbly Add water and make a dough Keep in freezer for 1an hour Take out from freeze and roll down Fix it in tart mould Prik it with fork for stop it from blooming Then blind bake it for 10 minutes on 180 degree Chop all vegetables in slices For custard take hung curd and cream and beat finely Add salt and pepper Now take tart and all vegetables in it Grate cheese all over Pour custard all over vegies Top with cherry tomato and parsley

#paneer ravioli Ingredents---- 1 cup maida 1 tsp oil and water 1 tbsp Grated paneer 1 tbsp chop onion 1 green chilli Coriander leaves Salt as per taste 1 tsp pepper 2 blanched tomato 2 cloves of minced garlic Salt and pepper 1 tbsp cream Method---- Take flour,salt and oil mix all of them and make a dough Keep for 15 min. Mix paneer with chopped onion,chilli salt and pepper Heat oil in pan and add garlic saute it and add tomato puree.cook it and add salt and pepper Now roll down dough and cut small rounds with cookie cutter.make 8 pieces. Fill three out of them with paneer filling and cover with another three.seal edges with fork.then boil water add salt and 1 tsp oil Put ravioli in it and cook for 5 min.then strain it Pour sauce in plate and add ravioli in it.garnish with coriander leaves
