Delicious Rasoi "Let's play inside kitchen"

Raindrop_ cake Ingredients-- 1cup water 1 cup orange juice 1/2 tsp sugar 1tsp agar agar powder 15 Juztjelly of orange ,red and bears Kiwi slice Black sesame seeds Method-- Mix Boil water and orange juice Add sugar When sugar melt add agar agar powder Stir and give boil till  thick Cool a little till then take a mould or a bowl Chop jellies and arrange jellies,kiwi slice and sesame seeds as desire in the bowl Pour orange mix with spoon slowly otherwise setting will disturb Keep in freeze for 1/2 an hour Then demould it and serve cool

Jelly _oreo _modak Ingredients-- 8 oreo biscuits 10 just jellies 2 tbsp milkmaid 1 tsp milk 1 tbsp milkmaid Method-- Make powder of oreo biscuits Add milk and 1 tbsp milkmaid Bring together like dough For filling--- Take mikpowder in a bowl Chop jellies and add in it Lastly add milkmaid and mix all of them Make balls of this mix Take modak mould and grease with ghee Fill oreo filling in it and in center press with thumb to make space for fill ball Then add ball in it and close mould Prepare modaks like that Our gorgeous, tasty and beautiful  modaks are ready to serve Enjoy
