Daal pakwaan

On Sunday or holiday we all love to have daal pakwaan. Ingredients--- For daal-- 1 cup channa daal Salt as per taste 1 tsp haldi powder 1/4 tsp hing 1 tsp ginger and green chilli paste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp jeera 2 dry red chilli 1 lemon juice Coriander leaves For pakwan--- 2 cup wheat flour 2 tsp salt 1 tsp jeera 2 tbsp oil Water as required For accompanied--- 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 1 green chilli 1 tbsp Grated ginger Imli chutney Green chutney Pomegranate pearls Method--- For daal-- Soak daal for 4 hours Add in cooker with salt,haldi,ginger chilli paste and 2 cup water Give 3 whistles Heat oil add hing and jeera Add dry red chilli Then add red chilli powder and 1/4 cup water Add daal in it and remaining spices Our daal is ready ,For pakwaan--- Add flour,salt,jeera and oil Add water and make dough Let it set for some time Then roll down
