Lauki and chana daal vegetable(pen)

Ingredents--- 1 cup soaked chana daal 1 cup chop lauki 1 chop onion 4 garlic cloves 1 chop tomato 1 tsp ginger paste 1 green chilli 1 cup curd 2 tbsp oil 2 cloves 1 bay leaf 1 tsp jeera Pinch of hing Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp haldi 2 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp fennel powder Coriander leaves Method-- Take soaked daal remove water Heat oil add whole spices then add garlic and onion saute them.adf chana daal and half cup water cover and let it cool.take curd add all powder spices  and mix finely Add lauki in chana daal and cook both of them.then add masala curd and stir it.add tomato and mix.cover and cook.add garam masala and coriander leaves.

Ratatouille bruchetta

Ingredents-- 1 Garlic  loaf bread 60gram butter 1/2 cup yellow and green zuccini 2 tbsp chop eggplant 4 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp chop onion 1/4 cup tomato sauce 2 tsp parsley 5-6 basil leaves 1 tbsp olive oil Salt as per taste Pepper Method--- Heat oil add minced garlic and onion and saute then add all vegetables except zucchini and  egg plant cover them and cook then add bell peppers and cook till vegetables soft.then add  tomato sauce,salt and eggplant .Cut garlic loaf in slices add garlic butter and roast Then add vegetables and basil leaves Dizzle mayo and serve

Vermicelli daal paniyaram(pen)

Ingredents--- 1 cup soaked black urad daal 1/2 cup boiled vermicelli 1/2 cup chop onion 1 geen chilli Coriander leaves Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Method--- Grind daal in mixi with ginger and chilli Take it in bowl add vermicelli Add onion and coriander leaves Add spices Heat apne pan and grease it Pour mixture add oil and cook from both side Our pani taras are ready Serve with green chutney or coconut chutney

Rosemary bread

Rosemary bread Ingredents--- 1 cup flour 1 tsp yeast 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp fine chopped rosemary 2 tbsp butter Oil for greasing Oregano Flakes pepper Butter for brushing bread Method- Take lukewarm water and add yeast and sugar,mix them and keep as it is for 10 min. For bloming Take dough in bowl Add salt and make a well Add yeast and make a dough Knead it till smooth Oil it and cover and keep it at warm place Till double Then take it out and knead it add rosemary Mix it in dough and devide in equal balls Flat the ball add butter in center and make a roll Give twist and stick both corners means make a ring Keep them for 20 min.then brush with milk And sprinkle flakes and oregano Preheat ovan grease tray and arrange rosemary rings in tray Bake on 180 degree for 25 min. Brush with butter and our bread is ready

Pista and rose vermicelli kulfi

Pista and rose vermicelli kulfi Ingredients--- 2 cup milk 1 cup boiled vermicelli  3 tbsp sugar 2 drops pista milk mix 2 tsp rose syrup 1 tsp Caedmon powder 3 tsp trutti fruitti 1 tsp pista 1 tsp almond flakes Some truti fruitti,almonds,cashews,pista and rose syrup for garnish Method--- Boil milk 5 min.add sugar No need to make more thicker Add dry fruits and truti frutti Add boiled vermicelli Turn off gas Add Cardmon powder Devide mix  in three parts Add rose syrup in one part Add pista milk mix in second And remain as it is third part Take kulfi moulds pour green mix first then rose mix In other mould pour pink first and then pista mix Pour third mix in other mould And keep them in freezer for 8 hours At the time of serving put moulds in water and take out kulfi Garnish with nuts, trutti fruity and fizzle rose syrup Enjoy delicious kulfi
