Rava cake

Ingredients-- 2 cup suji 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup curd Oil 1/2 cup 1 cup milk Baking powder 3/4tsp Boking soda 1/4 tsp Salt pinch cardmon powder 1/4 cup milk Truty fruity Method-- Make powder of suji Take oil and curd and mix Then add sugar and mix Add milk and whisk In suji add baking powder and baking soda Salt and keep for some time Then add milk and whisk Lastly add truty fruity and bake for 30 min.at 180 degree

Steamed modak

Ingredients-- Rice flour 1 cup 2 cup water Pinch of salt 1 tsp ghee Filling---- Coconut powder 1/2 cup Gud 1/4 cup Cardmon powder Nuts powder Method--- Heat water add ghee and salt When water boil add rice flour Mix and stir Then cover and leave for 5 min. Then cool a little and make dough Heat ghee add gud and coconut powder when gud melt mix them Add dryfruit powder and cardmon powder Make modak fill with stuffing Serve

Rasmalai modak

Ingredients-- 1 cup paneer 1/2 cup milk powder 3 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp ghee Pista Rasmalai essence Yellow food colour Method-- Blend paneer finely Heat ghee in pan Transfer paneer in pan Add milk powder and sugar On gas and stir regularly Then add pista colour essence Make modak and serve
