Description Bajra Khichdi Bajra khichdi is a warm and nutritious recipe that can be made during winters. This recipe is prepared with pearl millet, moong dal, vegetables and a lot of spices. Bajra Khichdi is a very healthy recipe that can be made for lunch or for tiffin. It is quick and easy to make in pressure cooker. Ingredients: (Serves 4) - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 Bay Leaf - 1 inch Cinnamon Stick - 2 Cloves - 1 tbsp Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Ginger Paste - 1 Onion (chopped) - 2 Tomatoes (chopped) - 8-10 French Beans (chopped) - 1 Carrot (chopped) - 1/2 cup Green Peas - 1 cup Pearl Millet (soaked) - 1/2 cup Split Moong Dal (washed) - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 2 Green Chillies (chopped) - Salt - 500 ml Water - 1 tbsp Ghee - Coriander Leaves (chopped) Method-- Take oil in cooker When it heat then add jeera,bay leaf,cinnemon stick and 2 cloves Then add

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup millet 2 tsp oil 1 rsp jeera Hing Green chillies Onion Ginger garlic paste Carrot Matar Tomato Salt to taste Red chilli powder Garam masala 3 cup water Coriander leaves

Millet pulao

Ingredients:- 1tbsp ghee 1tsp jeera 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup beans 1/4 cup carrot 1/4 cup capsicum 1/2cup millet 2cup water Salt 1/4cup tomato Haldi Chilli powder Method-- Add t tsp ghee Add 1 tsp jeera 1/4 cup onion Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste Add green chillies and curry leaves Add 1/4 cup beans and cook Add 1/4 cup carrot and cook Then add 1/4 cup capsicum Add half cup millet 2 cup water u have to add in Then add haldi,red chilli powder and salt Mix all of them Cover and cook Lastly add tomato and shredded coconut Our milket pulao is ready

Oats and vermicelli idli

Ingredients-- 1 cup roasted vermicelli 1/2 cup oats flour 1/2 cup suji 3/4 cup curd Ginge 1/2 tsp baking soda Salt to taste Tempering---- 2 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 2 green chilli 1 tsp channa daal 1 tsp urad daal 4 curry leaves Hing Method-- Mix together all things like vermicelli, oats flour,suji,curd,ginger,salt and baking soda..mix well and keep cover for 15 min. Make tempering by adding oil in pan Add mustard seeds when they splutter add bengal gram,urad daal,curry leaves,green chillies.pour this tempering in battar and again rest for 5 min. Pour in greased moulds and steam for 10 min. Serve hot

Oats parantha

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup oats flour Salt Cummin seeds Cartom seeds Pepper powder Haldi Green chilli Fine chop capsicum Onion Coriander leaves Carrot Lukewarm water Method-- Roast oats finely then grind it in powder Take this in bowl Add all finely chop vegeeies and spices Add required lukewarm water and make dough As it is gluten free will face little problem in rolling But slowly u will learn Then cook like other parantha Enjoy healthy and tasty feel yourself guilt free

Quinoa salad

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup quinoa 3/4 cup water 2 tbsp spring onion 2 tbsp Red bell pepper 2 tbsp Carrot 15 Mint leaves 1/2 Lemon 2 tbsp Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Raisins 1/2 tsp Haldi Salt to taste 1 tsp Pepper Method-- First soak quinoa in water and wash it finely Then add quinoa with water in cooker Add salt Cook in cooker till 1st whistle Then low the heat and cook for 5 min. Turn off gas Take it out in a bowl and let it cool Till then chop all vegetables Grate carrot Chop raisins Mix all ingredients in quinoa And our yummy and healthy salad id ready to serve.
