बतख ब्रैड | Batakh brad Recipe in Hindi About Batakh brad Recipe in Hindi हेल्थी बेसिक रेसिपी बेकिंग रोज़ के लिए आसान वेज बतख ब्रैड बनाने की सामग्री ( Batakh brad Recipe Banane Ki Samagri Hindi Me ) 1 कप मैदा1 चम्मच यिस्टएक चम्मच चीनीएक चम्मच नमकएक चम्मच तेलछह कालीमिरच बतख ब्रैड बनाने की विधि ( Batakh brad Recipe Banane Ki Vidhi Hindi Me ) गुनगुने पानी में यीस्ट को भीगा देंगे एक चम्मच चीनी डाल देंगे 15 मिनट एक्टिव होने के लिए छोड़ देंगे एक बाउल में मैदा और नमक लेंगे बीच में वैैल बनाकर यीस्ट को मिला देंगे जरूरत के हिसाब से पानी ले कर डो बना लेंगे 10 मिनट तक नीड करेंगे तेल लगाकर ढक के रख देंगे डबल होने तक किसी गर्म जगह पर रखेंगे अवन को प्रीहीट करेंगे सूखा आटा लेकर 2 को बेल लेंगे गोल कटर से काट लेंगे एक पीस को लेकर बीच में से मोड़ देंगे ऊपर की तरफ छुरी से एक लंबा कट लगाएंगे बराबर की दूरी पर दो कट और लगाएंगे ऊपर के कट को ऊपर की तरफ ले जाकर गर्दन का रूप दे देंगे हमारी बत्तख तैयार है इसी तरह सभी बतख तैयार करेंगे आंख के लिए कालीमिरच लगा देंगे 20 मिनट तक ढक कर रख

Ingredents--- 2 cup boiled sweet potato 1 cup boiled rice 1 green chilli 1 chop onion Coriander leaves 1 tsp ginger Salt as per taste 1/4 tsp haldi 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp fennel powder 1/2 tsp pepper powder 1/2 tsp jeera powder Oil for shallow frying Method--- Take all ingredients in a bowl Add spices Mash and mix all of them Make tikkies Heat tawa and grease with oil Cook tikkies from both sides Serve hot these healthy tikkies

Ingredients-- 1.5 cup flour 1 tsp yeast 1.5 tbsp oil 1 tbsp milk powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 btao sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tbsp butter 1/2 tbsp cornflour 1/2 cup water Method--- Boil milk,butter,oil and half cup water Add all dry ingredients in it Make soft dough Knead for 10 min. Cover and keep at warm place till double Then punch it and devide equal parts Make balls Grease a tray and arrange balls And let them rise Preheat ovan give milk wash and sprinkle seasme seeds Bake at 200 degree for 20 min. Or till brown.

Ingredents--- 2 cup idli batter 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup palak puree 1/2 cup beet puree 1 eno sachet For tadka--- 1 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 10 curry leaves 1 tsp chana daal 1 tsp urad daal Chutney for serving Method---- Take batter and devide in two parts Add spinach puree in one and beet puree in other Make tadka and into the batter Add salt and eno Mix them finely Grease idli moulds and pour batter Cook in steamer for 20 min or till cook Cool a little and serve with red and green chutney

Ingredents--- 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup cream cheese 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup castor sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp vanilla essence 2 1/4 cup flour 2 tsp cornflour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup chopped dark choclate chunks 1 cup white chocolate chips Method---- Add butter,cream cheese,brown sugar,and sugar and beat them with beater Preheat ovan Add egg and vanilla and beat 1 min. Take a bowl and add flour,cornflour,baking soda and salt Mix dry ingredients into wet Add chunks and Whit's chips Take a baking tray and scoop mix in it Press a little with glass Bake for 10 min.at 180 degree Let them cool and serve

Ingredents--- 1 cup suji 1/2 cup curd 1/2 cup water 1 tsp Salt Pinch of baking soda 1 tsp fruit salt 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 1 green chilli Coriander leaves For tadka--- 1 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp jeera 5-6 curry leaves Pinch of hing Oil for cooking Method--- Add sugi curd water and salt in a bowl Mix all of them and keep aside for 30 min. Choop all vegetables Mix them in suji mix and add salt Now make tadka with given ingredients and add in it Check consistency Heat apne pan grease it Pour batter and cook them by adding oil Serve with green chutney

Jodhpur ka buli Ingredents--- For rice--- 1/2 cup milk 5 Sprigs of saffron 1 cup rice 4 whole peppercorns 2 cloves 1 bay leaf 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup peas 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp ghee For qabuli---- 1 cup slices of potato 1 cup cauliflower florets 1 cup slices of onion 1 cup cubes of paneer 1 cup bread cut in cubes 1 green chilli 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 cup curd Salt as per taste 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp nuts(mix) 2 tbsp truti frutti 1 tomato slices For tadka--- 1tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil 4 whole peppercorns 1 tsp jeera 2 cloves 1 stick of cinnamon 4 cloves of garlic Coriander leaves Method--- Soak rice in water Soak saffron in hot milk Take water in pan add all whole spices and rice boil them Add peas also When prepare sieve them Add ghee salt and pepper powder keep aside Now make tadka---- Heat butter and oil in pan Fry nuts and take them out Fry potato slices,cauliflowe
