How to make Ragda patty

Boil white peas in cooker

Add haldi and salt

Take onion tomato chilli and garlic in mixi and make paste

Heat oil add jeera

When slutter add onion paste and roast

Add spice and cook at low flame

When it leaves oil add peas

Add foto ander leaves

For tikki take all ingredients in bowl and mash and mix

Make tikkies

Heat tawa and cook from both side by adding oil

For serving---

Take tikki in a plate

Add prasth and raw choo veggies

Add both chutnies

Gardish with coriander leaves and pomegranate pearls

Serve hot
