Choclate cake with cream cheese mix and cornflakes
Ingredients-- Cream cheese filling--- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence 50 gram cream cheese 1/2 tbsp butter 1/2 tbsp sugar 1/2 egg 1 tsp cornflour For cake--- 1 cup flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1.5 egg 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup coco powder 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup butter 3 tbsp crushed cornflex Method--- Take cream cheese in a bowl and beat it Add butter and beat Then add egg and vanilla and beat Scrape from walls Add sugar and mix Lastly add cornflour and beat Keep aside For choclate cake--- Take butter and sugar and beat them till creamy and light Sieve all dry ingredients Add egg and vanilla in butter mix and beat Set consistency by adding milk Take a loose bottom pan and grease it And in center keep a small ring Add choclate battar in mould And in center add cream cheese battar Top with cornflakes Bake it at 180 degree for 30 min. Let it cool and garnish with cherry
