Onion kachori

To make onion kachoris:- Ingredients:- For masala:- 1tsp coriander seeds 1tsp jeera 1tsp fennel seedsc For the filling:- 1tsp oil Haldi 1tsp ginger paste 1cup finely chopped onion Salt as per taste 2boiled potatoes 2tsp chillie powder 1/2 tsp Haldi 1/2tsp garam masaala 1tsp sugar Coriander leaves For the dough:- 2cup wheat flour 1tsp carrom seeds 2tbsp ghee Water as per need Method:- Take a pan to add coriander seeds, jeera, and fennel seeds Roast them Coarsely grind it Take a pan to add oil and add masala Add onion add all spices Add 2cup boiled potato Add additional spices as per need Take a bowl and add 2 cup wheat flour Add 1tsp carrom seeds by rubbing them Add 2tbsp ghee Mix it with light hands Add water and make the perfect dough Keep it aside Equally device the dough Flatten it by keeping edges thinner and center little fat Fill the filling Close it and flatten it Take a frying pan to add oil to fry And fry all the kachoris Your hot spicy and delicious kachoris are r

Healthy Soya pulao

Ingredients-- 2 cup cooked rice 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp jeera 1/2 tsp rai 4-5 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup boiled carrot and peas 1 cup soya 2 green chilli 1 tomato Coriander leaves Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 /2 tsp garam masala 1 lemon juice Method-- Soak soya for some time Then boil soya carrot and peas Heat oil in pan add jeera and rai Add ginger and garlic cook some time Add onion and saute Add capsicum and cook till soft Then add carrot and peas Now add soya and all spices Mix finely add cooked rice Mix rice and vegetables Sprinkle coriander leaves  and add lemon juice Mix finely and enjoy this healthy pulao
