Healthy Soya pulao

Ingredients--

2 cup cooked rice
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp rai
4-5 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup boiled carrot and peas
1 cup soya
2 green chilli
1 tomato
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 /2 tsp garam masala
1 lemon juice

Method--

Soak soya for some time
Then boil soya carrot and peas
Heat oil in pan add jeera and rai
Add ginger and garlic cook some time
Add onion and saute
Add capsicum and cook till soft
Then add carrot and peas
Now add soya and all spices
Mix finely add cooked rice
Mix rice and vegetables
Sprinkle coriander leaves  and add lemon juice
Mix finely and enjoy this healthy pulao
