Oats spinach and daal dosa bites with tomato filling

Ingredients-- 1 cup moong sprouts 1/2 cup oats 1 cup palak 1 cup curd 1 green chilli 1 inch ginger 1 tsp Salt 1tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp jeera 1/2 cup water Tomato filling--- 4 tomatoes 1 onion 4 cloves of garlic 1 inch ginger 1 green chilli Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp amchur powder 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp oil Method-- Add sprouts curd boiled palak and except oats powder take everything in  mixi and blend in paste Add oats powder and mix finely Add  required water and mix Heat oil add minced garlic and onion Saute them and add ginger and chilli Add chopped tomatoes and salt Cook till tomato soft add spices and our filling is ready Make dosa on nonstick tawa Spread filling upon it Roll carefully  and cut in small pieces Serve hot

Sprout salad

Ingredients-- 1 cup moong sprouts 2 tbsp chopped onion 2 tbsp capsicum 2 tbsp carrot 2 tbsp tomato 2 tbsp cucumber 2 tbsp pomegranate Coriander leaves 1 lemon juice 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Salt to taste 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1/4 tsp black salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Method-- Add all ingredients  in a bowl Add spices Add lemon juice Now add apple sider vinegar  and lemon juice Add sugar and mix all of them Add coriander leaves  and pomegranate pearls Serve chilled
