Paneer fingers

Ingredients-- 200 gram paneer 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 /2 tsp coriander powder 1  tsp pepper powder 1/4 cup flour 1/8 cup cornflour 3/4 cup water Bread crumb Method-- Cut paneer in sticks And sprinkle  all spices upon pa eer sticks Coat them and let them marinate for 15 min. Make a slurry with flour,cornflour and water Mix it smoothly Heat oil Dip fingers in slurry and coat in bread crumb Fry in hot oil till golden brown Serve hot with chutney or sauce

Paneer stuffed long buns

Ingredients--- 2 long buns 1 cup paneer cubes 1 cup chopped red,yellow and green capsicum 1 cup onion 1 green chilli 1 tbsp italian herbs Salt as per taste 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp sauce 1 tbsp mayo Parsley 2 cheese cubes Butter for greasing buns Method--– Heat butter in pan and add onion Saute and add capsicum Cook and add all spices Add paneer cubes and mix all of them Now take buns and from center make hollow Butter buns and fill with stuffing Grate cheese Take sauce and Mayo and mix them Fill them in a small bag Bake buns in preheated ovan for 15 min. Di zzle sauce mix and serve

Beet and apple halva

Ingredients--- 1 grated beetroot 1 grated apple 2 tbsp ghee 1 cup milk 1 tsp Cardmon powder Mix nuts(almond,cashews,kishmish) Silver foil Method-- Heat ghee in pan Add grated beetroot Stir regularly and cook 4-5 min. Add apple and cook both of beet and apple Add milk and mix Cover pan and let it cook in milk for 5-7 min. Beet will absorb milk then add sugar Mix it and add half nuts Turn off gas Add cardamon powder Garnish with silver foil and nuts Serve hot
