Paneer fingers
Ingredients--
200 gram paneer
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 /2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 cup flour
1/8 cup cornflour
3/4 cup water
Bread crumb
Method--
Cut paneer in sticks
And sprinkle all spices upon pa eer sticks
Coat them and let them marinate for 15 min.
Make a slurry with flour,cornflour and water
Mix it smoothly
Heat oil
Dip fingers in slurry and coat in bread crumb
Fry in hot oil till golden brown
Serve hot with chutney or sauce
