Delicious Rasoi "Let's play inside kitchen"

Ingredients-- 100 gram water 3 gram agar agar powder 200 gram milk 50 gram sugar Chopped desried foods Some fruits for garnish Method-- Add agar powder in water Boil it for 3 min. Stir regularly Turn of gas Then add sugar Mix till sugar melt Then add mik and stir till starts thick Then take a mould add water and then fall water Pour this mix in mould Chop different fruits and add in mix Keep in freeze for 2 hours Then demould it garnish with fruits And serve

Ingredient -- 1 cup besan 1 cup watermelon juice 1/2 cup water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp green chilli paste For tadka--- 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp mustard seeds 1 tbsp sesame seeds Coriandender leaves 1 tbsp coconut powder or grated coconut Watermelon scoops for garnish Method-- Take besan in bowl add watermelon juice salt and ginger paste Whisk finely to remove lumps Now cook it in microwave for 3 min. And stir it Again cook  for 2 min. Stir it Repeat this till 8 min. Then check that it leave plate Then spread it thinly on aluminum  foil braking sheet Let it cool then make roll Cut in small pieces Make tadka and temper them Garnish with scoops,coriander  leaves and coconut powder

Ingredients-- 1 cup flour 1/4 cup cream cheese 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 egg 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/4 tsp almond essence Red and yellow colour Sprinkles Method-- Beat butter ,cream cheese and sugar till creamy Add both essence Sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda And salt Beat egg and mix in butter mix Then add dry ingredients  slowly slowly in wet ingredients And bring all together Now decide this dough in 3 parts Add red in one part and yellow in 2nd Leave 3rd part as it is Take cling and wrap dough and keep in freeze for 1 an hour Preheat ovan Ling baking tray Take red dough and roll down rectangular Then take yellow and roll down Lastly roll down white one Try to roll down in same size Put yellow on red and white on yellow Lightly roll down to seal them Now from length  side make a roll And cut equal size cookies Take sprinkles in plate and roll down cookies in sprinkles Arr
