  HEALTHY CABBAGE ROLLS Ingredients 3  Cabbage  leaves 1  Carrot 1 boiled  Potato 1 tsp  Ginger  paste 2  Cloves  of garlic 1 green  Chilli 2 tbsp boiled  Peas Coriander  leaves Salt  as per taste 1/2 tsp  Haldi 1 tsp red  Chilli  powder 1/2 tsp  Jeera  powder 1 tsp  Coriander  powder For  Tomato  gravy--- 1  Onion 2  Tomato 1/2 beetroot 1 tsp  Ginger 2  Cloves  of garlic Salt  as per taste 1/2 tsp  Haldi Coriander  leaves 2 tbsp  Butter Instructions Blanch cabbage leaves Soak them in hot water for 10 min.to make them soft Chop all vegetables Remove cabbage from hot water and soak in cold water to remain them green Add 1 tsp butter in pan And add garlic and ginger Add carrot and cook Add potato and green chilli Now add peas and spices Mix all of them and cook till 5 min.
