HEALTHY CABBAGE ROLLS
Ingredients
3 Cabbage leaves
1 Carrot
1 boiled Potato
1 tsp Ginger paste
2 Cloves of garlic
1 green Chilli
2 tbsp boiled Peas
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Haldi
1 tsp red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
For Tomato gravy---
1 Onion
2 Tomato
1/2 beetroot
1 tsp Ginger
2 Cloves of garlic
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Haldi
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
Blanch cabbage leaves
Soak them in hot water for 10 min.to make them soft
Chop all vegetables
Remove cabbage from hot water and soak in cold water to remain them green
Add 1 tsp butter in pan
And add garlic and ginger
Add carrot and cook
Add potato and green chilli
Now add peas and spices
Mix all of them and cook till 5 min.
Our filling is ready
Let it cool
For tomato gravy---
Add onion,tomato and beet in mixi
Add ginger,garlic and chilli
Make paste of them
Heat butter in a pan
Add this paste and stir
Regularly and roast
Add haldi and salt and cook
Now add little water and give a boil
Add coriander leaves
Now take cabbage leaves
Remove stem
Now take cabbage leaf and add filling in corner length wise
Then fold it and make roll
Seal with toothpick
Make all rolls in same way
Now heat remaining butter and cook cabbage rolls to remove it's rawness
Pour tomato gravy in serving dish and arrange rolls in it
Serve them to your kids
