Oats stuffed wheat buns
Oats stuffed wheat buns Ingredients--- 2 cup Atta 1 cup buttermilk 1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 /2 tsp salt 1/4 cup oil Milk for brushing Black and white sesame seeds Method-- In a large bowl add atta and salt Soak yeast in lukewarm water and add sugar in it Let it bloom Add buttermilk and bloomed yeast Give a good mix At the end add oil and mix it again Make loose dough and knead it 3 to 4 min. Cover with tea towel and keep at warm place till double For filling--- Till then make filling Cook any desired oats as given instructions on packet Add chopped vegetables and cook for three min.in microwave We have to stuff it in buns so we make it dry When dough doubles devide it in equal portions Fill with filling like pachauri Carefully seal and make ball Keep these balls in baking tray and again cover with towel for 20 min. Brush milk and sprinkle sesame seeds Bake for 15 to 20 min. At 200 degree Serve with soup
