Ingredients to make Designer cake roll


For design--


10 gram Butter


10 gram icing Sugar


10 Gram Flour


10 gram Egg white


2 food colours for flowers


And green colour for leaf


For cake---


60 Gram Flour


50 ml. Water


50 gram powder Sugar


30 ml.Vegetable Oil


1 tsp vanilla essence


2 Egg yolk


2 Egg white


For Cream--


1 cup whipping Cream


2 tbsp Sugar


1/2 tsp Lemon Juice


How to make Designer cake roll

Beat egg yolk and half sugar


Add water and beat


Then add oil and vanilla beat and mix all of them


Sieve flour twice


And add in three batches


Add and beat again add and beat total flour


For design---


Whisk egg white and sugar


Add butter and whisk


Lastly add flour


Make smooth mix by whisking


Devide batter in three parts


And add desired colors in two parts for flowers


Add green in one part


Fill all three batter in small zip locks


Make a small Cut in corner and shape zip lock as cone


Seal open side with tape


Take a butter paper and draw flowers on it


And line it in baking tray


Now pipe two colours in flowers and green on leafs


Keep in freeze for 20 min


Then take it out and pipe cake batter between design


When all gaps between flowers and leaf filled pipe rest of batter all over


Tap tray carefully to remove air bubble


Then bake it for 12 to 15 min at 170 degree


When baked take it out and cool a little


Cover tray with butter paper and wire wreck


And flip to unmould


Remove carefully butter paper from cake


Take a small towel and sprinkle icing sugar upon it


And flip cake on towel


Now with help of towel make roll of cake


Cover from sides and keep as it is for 20 min


Till then beat whip cream and sugar


Add lemon juice and beat till hard peaks


Fill 4 tbsp cream in piping bag


Take out roll from towel and open it


Spread cream all over and make roll again


Keep in freeze for some time to set


At serving time garnish cake with cream and serve
