Wheat flour zuccini and mushroom tart

Ingredients--- 1 cup wheat flour 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp salt Ice cold water as required For filling--- 1/2 cup zucchini 1/2 cup broccoli 1/2 cup mushroom 1/2 cup all three bell peppers 1/2 cup onion 10 cherry tomatoes For sauce--- 1/2 cup curd 1/2 cup cream 2 eggs 1 tbsp cornflour 2 cheese cubes Salt as per taste 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp basil 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp oregano Parsley/coriander leaves Method--- Take flour in a bowl add salt and butter Break butter with fingers and crumble it in flour Add ice cold water and make dough Roll down dough and set it in mould Remove extra dough from tart Prick it with fork and add some razma in it to prevent it from blooming Bake it for 10 min.in preheated ovan at 180 degree Till then add all veggies in a bowl and add salt When tart baked add veggies in it Mix all ingredients of sauce in bowl and whisk finely add spices Pour cream upon veggies Grate cheese and top with tomatoes and parsley B

Stuffed moong daal dosa

Ingredientes--- 1 cup soaked moong daal 1 inch ginger 2 green chillies 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp Salt For stuffing--- 1 /4 cup onion 1/4 cup chopoed all three bell pepper 1/2 cup crumbled paneer Coriander leaves Salt as per taste 1 tap red chilli powder 1 tap chaat masala 1/2 tap garam masala 1 tap butter Method--- Add daal, gi nger,chilli,jeera in mixi and make paste Add salt and mix Heat butter in pan add onion and saute Add one by one veggies and cook Lastly add spices and paneer Now heat tawa and spread daal When it cooker add studying and little oil Gold dosa and serve with coconut chutney

Ingredients--- 4 cup boiled brown rice 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn 1/4 cup beans 1/4 cup carrot 1/4 cup onion 4 garlic cloves 1/4 cup red and green bell peppers 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp oil Salt as per taste 1 tsp red pepper powder For cheese sauce--- 1.5 cup milk 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour 1/4 cup grated cheese Salt as per taste 1 tsp pepper powder Method---- Heat butter in a bowl Add onion and garlic saute a little Add beans and carrot Add bell peppers and corn Stir fry all veggies Add spices then add chilli sauce Add spices and lastly vinegar Mix all of them Save 1/4 cup veggies for topping Then add boiled rice and mix all of them finely Our rice are ready For cheese sauce--- Heat butter in pan add flour Roast flour in butter As it change colour add little milk and stir Mix finely then some more milk and whisk continuously to avoid lumps Finally add remaining milk and let it b

Ingredients--- 12 Mini khakhara 1 tsp sweet corn 1 tsp boiled potato 1 tsp onion 1 tsp tomato 1 tsp capsicum Coriander leaves Salt as per taste 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp chaat masala 1/2 lemon juice 2 tbsp cheese sauce or tomato sauce or green chutney Method --- Take all veggies in a bowl and mix them Add spices and lemon juice Take khakhara and apply sauce upon them Top with veggies Garnish with coriander leaves and serve

Two layer Kesar pista sandesh

Ingrefients--- 2 cup chenna 1/2 cup powder sugar 2 tbsp milk powder 2 drops of pista essence 5 sprigs of kesar 1 tsp Cardmon powder 1 tbsp Chopped pista 1 tbsp Powder pista Method--- Take chenna in a plate Mash finely with palm till silky Heat a pan add chenna and milk powder Soak saffron in warm milk Stir continuously chenna and mix with milk powder for 2-3 min. Turn off gas and let it cool Add powder sugar and cardamom powder Devide in two parts Add pista essence in one part and saffron in second part Line a tray and first add yellow chenna and spread evenly in 1/2 inch thickness Then take pista chennai spread on kesar chennai carefully and spread evenly Keep for half an hour in freeze Then cut in desired shape Garnish with pista
