Two layer Kesar pista sandesh




Ingrefients---

2 cup chenna
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
2 drops of pista essence
5 sprigs of kesar
1 tsp Cardmon powder
1 tbsp Chopped pista
1 tbsp Powder pista

Method---

Take chenna in a plate
Mash finely with palm till silky
Heat a pan add chenna and milk powder
Soak saffron in warm milk
Stir continuously chenna and mix with milk powder for 2-3 min.
Turn off gas and let it cool
Add powder sugar and cardamom powder
Devide in two parts
Add pista essence in one part and saffron in second part
Line a tray and first add yellow chenna and spread evenly in 1/2 inch thickness
Then take pista chennai spread on kesar chennai carefully and spread evenly
Keep for half an hour in freeze
Then cut in desired shape
Garnish with pista
