Paneer tikka wheat uttapam

Ingredients-- 1 cup wheat flour 1 tsp Salt Water as required 1 cup paneer cubes 1/2 cup onion cubes 1/2 cup capsicum cubes 1/2 cup curd 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi 1/2 lemon juice 1 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp pepper powder Coriander leaves Method-- Take flour and salt in a bowl  and add water Whisk and mix  finely Take curd in a bowl and add all spices Add oil and lemon juice Now add cubes of vegetables And toss let them marinate for 15 min. Then get tawa and grease with oil Add 2 tbsp battar and add paneer tikka on it Press little and flip it Add oil and let it cook Add coriander leaves and serve hot.

Ingredients-- 1 cup oats flour 2 tbsp subji 1/2 cup curd 1/2 cup grated coconut 2 tbsp grated carrot 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp green chilli paste 2 tbsp chopped onion Salt as per taste For tadka--- 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp mustard seeds 8-10 curry leaves Method-- Take oats flour subji and salt mix them Add curd and mix all of them Add grated vegetables Add spices and ginger,chilli paste If battar is thick add some water Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves Add tadka in battar Hear apple pan grease oil and make apple Cook from both sides by adding oil Serve with chutney

Broccoli cutlets

Ingredients-- 1 cup brocalli 1 boiled potato 1 green chilli 1 tsp ginger paste Salt as per taste 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp Chilli flakes Coriander leaves 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp cornflour Water Bread crumb Method-- Grate brocalli Add potato ,chilli,ginger paste Mash all of them Add all spices and .ix Add coriander leaves and assemble all of  them Make cutlets from mixture Now make smooth slurry by mixing flour,cornflour and water Heat tawa and grease it Dip cutlet in slurry and roll in bread crumb Shallow fry them Serve hot

Moong daal palak chilla

Ingredients-- 1 cup moong daal 1 cup palak 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp ginger 1 green chilli 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp eno Method-- Add soaked daal ,ginger chilli in mix and grind coarsely Chop palak finely and wash finely Add palak and spices in daal mix Add eno lastly and mix Heat tawa and make chilla Cook from both sides Serve hot these healthy chills with sauce or chutney

Ingredients-- 2.5 cup water 1 green chilli 1 tsp jeera 1/4 tsp carrom seeds 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp salt 1 cup rice flour Method-- Boil water in pan Add chilli,jeera and carrom seeds Mix them Add ginger paste and salt Add baking soda and boil water for 2-3 min. Then add rice flour and mix Gradually water absorbs Stir and break lumps Cook till smooth texture,soft and fluffy Cover and Simmer for 4-5 min Add some oil and sprinkle red chilli powder Serve hot

Cheddar and broccoli stuffed wheat flour loaf

Ingredients-- 1 cup wheat flour 1 tbsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp rosemary 1 tbsp oil 1 cup grated broccoli 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup cheddar  cheese 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp black and white sesame seeds Parsley Method-- Add yeast in lukewarm water Add sugar and mix keep it till bloom Take flour and salt and mix in bowl Make well in center and add yeast mix and rosemary Make soft dough  and knead for some time Oil it and cover with cling Keep it at warm place till double Till then grate brocalli Heat 1 tbsp butter and add broccoli Cook a little then cool it Add spices and cheese and mix all of them When dough doubles  knead it Take dry flour and spread dough with fingers in rectangular In center add broccoli  mix in lengthwise Leave four sides to stick with each other Stick them and make roll Keep in baking tray for 20 min. Then preheat  ovan and give milkwash to loaf And sprinkle  sesame seeds and flake

Strawberry chia seeds linzer cookies

Ingredients-- For jam---- 1/2 cup strawberries 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp lemon juice Cookies--- 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup almond flour 4 tbsp softened  butter 1/4 cup sugar Pinch of salt 1/4 tsp of lemon zest 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1.5 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 egg Method-- Add strawberry  sugar and lemon juice in pan and cook for 10 min. Stir continuously until thickened Then keep in freeze For cookies add flour and almond flour And mix In a bowl cream together  butter,salt,lemon zest and vanilla  and cream till fluffy Add chia seeds and beat Add egg and beat Now pour in flour mix and fold it Wrap dough in plastic wrap and keep in freeze for 1 an hour Preheat ovan Dust surface and roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness Cut with round cookie cutter Keep half rounds as it is and cut half rounds with small cookie cutter Then bake all cookies for 13-14 min. Let cool them To assemble spread 1 tsp jam on whole cookies and top with cut-out cookies

Cheesy crackers

Ingredients---- 4 ounces of cheddar cheese 2 tbsp butter(unsalted) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup flour 2 tsp ice water Method-- Combine cheese,butter and salt in bowl And beat with beater Add flour and add 1 ice water and combine It seems dry then add 1 more tsp of ice water Wrap dough in cling and keep in freeze for 30 min. Preheat ovan Roll out dough to 1/8 of an inch pinching the cracks on the ends Cut into small 1×1 inches squares and make hole in middle of square Place separate squares in baking tray and  bake at 180 degree for 13 min.till light brown.
