Cheddar and broccoli stuffed wheat flour loaf
Ingredients--
1 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp oil
1 cup grated broccoli
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black and white sesame seeds
Parsley
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp oil
1 cup grated broccoli
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp black and white sesame seeds
Parsley
Method--
Add yeast in lukewarm water
Add sugar and mix keep it till bloom
Take flour and salt and mix in bowl
Make well in center and add yeast mix and rosemary
Make soft dough and knead for some time
Oil it and cover with cling
Keep it at warm place till double
Till then grate brocalli
Heat 1 tbsp butter and add broccoli
Cook a little then cool it
Add spices and cheese and mix all of them
When dough doubles knead it
Take dry flour and spread dough with fingers in rectangular
In center add broccoli mix in lengthwise
Leave four sides to stick with each other
Stick them and make roll
Keep in baking tray for 20 min.
Then preheat ovan and give milkwash to loaf
And sprinkle sesame seeds and flakes
Bake for 20 min at 200 degree
When it become golden brown butter it and sprinkle parsley
Serve hot
