Cheesy Chilla sandwitch

For chilla--- 2 cup besan Salt to taste Hing For filling---- 1/2 chopped onion 1 boiled potato 1 green chilli 1 tsp ginger 1/4 cup grated carrot 2 cubes of cheese Coriander leaves Salt to taste Pepper powder Green chutney Method-- Take besan and salt in bowl Add little water and whisk Remove all lumps and make smooth paste Add required water Now for filling add oil in pan Saute onion add ginger and chilli Add potato and carrot Cook all of them add spices Mix all of them add coriander leaves Grate cheese in it Now make small chilla Spread green chutney upon it Apply some filling and cover with another chilla Prepare all sandwiches  like that Add butter in pan and toast this sandwitch Serve with chutney and  sauce

Vada paav idli

Ingredients-- 2 cup idli battar Salt to taste 1 tbsp eno For vada paav--  4 boiled potatoes 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 spoon hing 5 curry leaves 1 tsp ginger 2 green chilli Salt to taste 1 tsp haldi powder 1/2 lemon juice Coriander leaves  Dry garlic chutney Method-- Heat oil and add jeera,rai and hing Saute them and add curry leaves ginger and chilli Add haldi powder mix all of them Now add potato and cook a little Mash potatoes and add salt and lemon juice Lastly add coriander leaves Let filling cool and make small tikkies Now add salt and eno in battar Mix them and grease mould Pour battar in half of mould Then put tikki in it And cover it with battar Prepare all like this sprinkle garlic chilli chutney  upon idlies And cook for 15 to 20 min.in steamer Cool them and remove carefully Serve with coconut  chutney

Dabeli chilla

Ingredients-- 1 cup Moong daal 1 tsp ginger 2 green chilli Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi For dabeli--- 4 boiled potato 1 tbsp ginger 1 chopped green chilli 1 tbsp oil Coriander leaves 4 tbsp dabeli masala 1/2 lemon juice Imli chutney Green chutney For compliments--' Chopped onion Masala or plain Peanuts Sev bhujiya Pomegranate pearls Coriander leaves Method-- Soak moong daal for minimum 4 to 5 hours Then remove from water and grind with ginger and chilli Add salt and keep aside Make chilla and spread dabeli filling upon it Spread both chutnies  one by one Sprinkle all supplements Fold carefully Cut in pieces  and serve hot
