Zuccinni pancakes

Zuccinni pancakes Ingredients 1/2 zuccinni grated 1/2  Carrot  grated 2 tbsp rice  Flour 2 tbsp  Besan Ginger  paste - 1/2 tsp 1 green  Chilli Salt Haldi [ Turmeric  powder] - 1/4 th tsp Red Chilli  powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander  leaves Oil Salsa [ready made] - 1 tbsp Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp Green chutney - 1 tbsp Instructions TAKE RICE FLOUR IN A BOWL AND ADD ZUCCINNI AND CARROT ADD GINGER PASTE AND GREEN CHILLI ADD CORIANDER LEAVES NOW ADD BESAN ADD SALT HALDI AND WATER AS REQUIRED MIX ALL OF THEM AND FORM A BATTER OUR BATTER IS READY LEAVE IT FOR 10 MIN. HEAT A PAN AND MAKE PANCAKES ADD LITTLE OIL TO COOK THEM NOW APPLY MAYO ON EACH PANCAKE AND SERVE WITH SALSA AND CHUTNEY

Methi paapri

Ingredients--- 1 cup wheat flour 2 tbsp besan Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp red chilli Powder 1tsp chaat masala 1 tsp jeera powder 1cup chopped methi Oil for frying Method--- Take all dry ingredients in bowl and mix them finely Finely wash methi leaves and chop them Add spices and methi leaves in flour mix Add required water and make dough Keep covered for some time Then roll down thinly Cut in desired shape And fry them in oil Enjoy with tea
