Pineapple juice

Ingredients-- 3cup chop pineapple 7-8 mint leaves Salt as per taste 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp black salt 1 tsp pepper powder Ice cubes or 1 cup water Coloured sugar for garnish Method-- Add all ingredients  in mix and make juice Sieve it Serve in glasses Garnish with coloured sugar

Mango stuffed rasgoola triffle

Ingredients-- 1/2 liter milk 2 tbsp custard powder 2 tbsp sugar 1/2  mango puree 1/2 chopped mango 1/2 cup pomegranate Pearl's 1/4 cup green grapes 1/4 cup black grapes 12 rasgoola Dry fruits like chop almonds and pista powder,chopped cashews Method-- Take 2 tbsp milk and add custard powder in it Mix finely on lumps should remain Boil milk and add sugar When milk boil add custard mix and stir continuously When it become thick turn off gas, cool custard Make mango puree and add it in custard Keep in freeze for set Dip all rasgoola in water and remove sugar syrup Scoop rasgoola  and fill with mango pieces Arrange rasgoola in bottom of serving bowl Then make second layer with pomegranate Third with green grapes Then add mango pieces Next with black grapes Then add mango custard And you with mango filled rasgoola Garnish with pomegranate Serve cold
