Beetroot and grapes cooler

Ingredients--- 1small beetroot 1 cup black and green grapes 1/2 tsp black salt Salt as per taste 4-5 mint leaves 1 cup ice cubes 1/2 lemon juice Method--- Chop beetroot and add in mixi Add grapes and make juice Add ice cubes, salt,black salt and mint leaves Add lemon juice Pour in glasses Serve cold

Watermelon salad with orange dressing

Ingredients--- 1 cup watermelon 1 cup yellow capsicum 1 cup lettuce 1 cucumber 1 tomato 4-5 black olives 5-7 baby spinach 1 tbsp celery Cranberry and raisins Melon seeds For orange dressing-_ 1 orange juice 1 tsp olive oil Salt to taste Half lemon juice 1 tbsp honey Pepper powder 1/2 tsp vinegar Method--- Chop all Vegetables and watermelon in cubes Mix them in bowl Make dressing by adding all given ingredients Whisk and keep in freeze At the time of serving add nuts and dressing Serve cold

Sweet corn soup

Ingredients--- 1 cup corn 1 tbsp carrot 1 tbsp beans 1 tbsp spring onion greens 1 tbsp spring onion whites 1 tbsp butter 1tbsp cornflour Salt to taste Pepper powder 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp cream Method--- Chop  all Vegetables Grind coarsely half corn Heat butter and add spring onion whites carrot and beans Cook a little then add corn and water Cook all Vegetables Add salt and pepper and grinded corn Mix all of them and add half cup water Add cornflour in 1 tbsp water and mix finely Then add this in soup Give a boil till thick add cream Our soup is ready Add spring onion green and serve

Take butter in bowl sugar and whisk till creamy Grease cake mould Add vinegar milk and milk powder mix all of them Sieve flour and add baking soda and baking powder Then add flour mix in it and add milk gradually Whisk finely  and transfer mix in mould Tap it remove air Bake it for 30 min.at 180 degree When it baked let it cool and then demould Mirror glaze icing--- Add agar agar and water and mix well and set a

Cheesy corn bites

Ingredients--- 4 bread slices 2 tbsp chopped bell peppers 2 tbsp boiled corn 2 cheese cubes Coriander leaves Salt to taste Pepper powder Chilli flakes Oregano Green chutney Method--- Cut small rounds of bread and roast it in ovan or tawa Chop all veggies and add spices Apply chutney on half rounds Cover with other rounds Top with veggies and grate cheese Bake for 5 min. Quick kalakand

Ingredients--- 1 cup paneer 3 cup milkmaid 1 tbsp milk powder 2 tbsp cream Cardmon powder Saffron sprigs Almond pista powder for garnish Rose petals Method--- Heat milk in pan add milkmaid and milk powder Mix finely mash paneer and add in milk Stir continuosly Add cardmon powder Cook for 15 to 20 min. When it becomes thick turn off gas Grease a tray or mould Transfer it in tray Spread and garnish with nuts powder and saffron strands Cut in desired shape and serve

Ingredients---- 1 tomato 1 onion 1 cucumber Lemon juice Salt to taste Chaat masala Pepper powder Lemon juice 2 tbsp Coriander leaves Chips for serving Method--- Chop all Vegetables finely Add them in bowl Now add all spices Mix finely and squeeze lemon Add coriander leaves Serve with chips Or croutons

Veg Canniloni in daal roti

Ingredients--- 1 cup ready daal 1 soft roti 2  tbsp prepared any vegetable 1 cube cheese Coriander leaves for garnish Method--- Pour daal in serving dish Take soft roti place subjiyan in center lengthwise Now fold and make roll Grate cheese on upper side Slightly place in daal Garnish daal with coriander leaves Serve hot

Poacged pear in choclate sauce

Ingredients--- 1pear 1tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp lemon zest 1/2 cup chocolate sauce Method--- Peel pear and with small scoop from center desired it Now boil water add zest and essence And pears let them boil for 20 min. If they are not ready boil for more time Cover with a lid Take out from water At the time of serving place it in dish Pour chocolate sauce upon it and serve with  icecream

Post_20 Oats almond nankhatai As we all know that oats are very healthy.So today I make oats nankhatai  and believe me these nankhatai  are much more tasty then regular nankhatai. I use to make oats cookies but nankhatai  I made first time.It is very healthy and tasty Ingredients-- 3/4 cup oats 1tbsp wheat flour 1 tbsp almond 1 tsp cardmon powder 1/2 cup ghee 1/2 cup powder sugar Method-- Add ghee and sugar in bowl and whisk them Make powder of oats Coarsly grind  almonds Now add all three flours in ghee mix Add cardmon powder Make dough Preheat ovan Make same size balls and press little Bake 20 to 25 min.at 180 degree Enjoy healthy and tasty nankhatai
