Meethe chawal

Ingredients---- Besan halwa crumble--- 1/2 cup ghee 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup besan 3/4 cup sugar 3 tbsp water Cardmon powder Meethe chawal---- 1 cup rice 2 tbsp ghee 4 cloves 6 propercorns 1 bay leaf 1 cinnemon stick 1 star anise 4 cardmon 8-10 cashews 8-10 raisins 5-7 almonds 3 tbsp sugar Few sprigs of saffron Orange colour For rabri--- 1 cup milk 3 tbsp milkmaid Cardmon For garnish--- Strawberries Black grapes Nuts Mint leaves Cherries Black sesame seeds Method---- For besan halva crumble--- Heat ghee and oil and set aside Take a pan and add sugar and water Stir and cook for 4-5 min. When sugar melt add besan and roast When it changes colour add ghee oil mix in 4 regular gaps and stir regular Then our crumble will ready Meethe chawal----- Heat water add 1 tsp ghee and whole spices in it When it come to boil add rice and cook them When rice cooked 3/4 turn off gas and stain water Heat ghee in kadhai and add nuts roast them in ghee Soak saffron

Vegetable couscuos upma

Couscous is a super food and very very nutritious.it is rich in vitamins and minerals like calcium, phosphorus and potassium,magnesium.it is good source of protein.lower in calories.helps in weight loss and digestion cancer prevention,boost immune system.in this upma I add many vegetables again vegetables are very healthy. Ingredents---- 1/2 cup couscous 1 tbsp oil 1/2 cup chop onion 1/2 cup chop 3 bell peppers 1/2 cup peas,beans and carrot 1 green chilli 1 tsp chop ginger Coriander leaves 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp jeera Hing Salt as per taste Pepper powder Curry leaves 1 tsp urad daal Lemon juice Method---- Heat water and add salt Boil couscous for 10 to 15 min till boil When boil strain it Boil peas,carrot and beans Heat oil add jeera rai and hing Add urad daal and roast Add curry leaves and ginger Add onion and green chilli and saute Then add bell peppers and cook them And add boiled vegetables Mix all of them and add salt and pepper Squeeze lemon juic
