Meethe chawal

Ingredients----

Besan halwa crumble---

1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup besan
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp water
Cardmon powder

Meethe chawal----

1 cup rice
2 tbsp ghee
4 cloves
6 propercorns
1 bay leaf
1 cinnemon stick
1 star anise
4 cardmon
8-10 cashews
8-10 raisins
5-7 almonds
3 tbsp sugar
Few sprigs of saffron
Orange colour

For rabri---

1 cup milk
3 tbsp milkmaid
Cardmon

For garnish---

Strawberries
Black grapes
Nuts
Mint leaves
Cherries
Black sesame seeds

Method----

For besan halva crumble---

Heat ghee and oil and set aside
Take a pan and add sugar and water
Stir and cook for 4-5 min.
When sugar melt add besan and roast
When it changes colour add ghee oil mix in 4 regular gaps and stir regular
Then our crumble will ready

Meethe chawal-----

Heat water add 1 tsp ghee and whole spices in it
When it come to boil add rice and cook them
When rice cooked 3/4 turn off gas and stain water
Heat ghee in kadhai and add nuts roast them in ghee
Soak saffron in hot milk
Keep roasted nuts in plate
Then add some milk and sugar in ghee
Add rice and mix them
Now add nuts and saffron milk
Our rice are ready
Devide them in two parts
In one part add some orange colour
Take silicon mould and make donuts
By pressing rice in it.

For rabri---

Heat milk in a pan and boil 5 min.
Then add milkmaid and let it cook on low flame
Stir it and cook till thick
Then add cardmon powder

Now assembling---
Cut strawberry and add it in martini glass
Then take halva crumble and fill in glass
Then again arrange strawberries
And pour rabri upon it
Top with sweet rice,grapes and mint
Put cherry in center

Make donuts from both colours of rice and decorate them with nuts, fruits and mint
Sprinkle some black sesame seeds
And our dish is ready to serve
