Lauki iddiyappam in my style

#healthy breakfast # post 7 # lauki idiyappam in my style with salad and garlic chutney #murli gupta sir 1 cup grated lauki 1 cup rice flour Salt 1 tbsp oil Pepper Mint for garnish Garlic chutney or sauce for serving Method---- Grate lauki from the smallest side of grater Heat water in pan add oil and salt and lauki when water heated lauki cooked add flour and stir Add pepper and when it forms like dough or leave pan off flame Take machine and grease fill this in it.take idli moulds and grease and press machine for making idiyappam directly in moulds. Cook them in steamer for10-15 min.sprinkle coconut powder and garnish with mint Serve with melon cucumber salad and chutney

Chilla with oats bhaaji

#healthy breakfast #post 6 # chilla with oats bhaji #murli gupta sir 1 cup besan Salt 1 tsp red chilli powder Haldi 1 packet oats 1/2 chop onion 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 green chilli Cherry tomato for garnishing Method---- Add besan ,salt,red chilli powder ,haldi and 1 tsp oil and make a batter for chilla Cook oats as per instructions. Heat oil in pan add onion and saute Then ginger garlic paste and green chilli then add oats and mix.add lemon juice Fill batter in squeeze bottle and heat tawa Pour batter from bottle and make jali Add little oil and cook it from both sides Roll it and serve with oats bhaji Garnish with coriander and cherry tomato

#healthy breakfast #post 5 #zucchini savory pizza cupcakes #murli gupta sir 1/2cup suji 1/4 cup besan 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup shredded zucchini 1/2cup process cheese 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp oil Chilli flakes Mix herbs Water as require Method----the Take suji and besan in a bowl.add baking powder and mix Add sugar and zucchini Now add sour cream and ginger garlic paste Add oil and mix with spoon.grate cheese Add lemon juice and mix finely Preheat jivan and pour batter in moulds Sprinkle flakes and herbs Bake for 30 min.at 180 degree Let them cool for some time then demould Serve  with sauce

#Healthy breakfast theme #day 1 #post 1 #pinwheel sandwich with orange smoothee Murli gupta sir #arpita shah ji #shilpa ji #radhika ji #harshita ji Ingredents--- 6 slice bread 1 boil potato Green chutney Salt 1 grated carrot 2 tbsp sauce 2 tsp smoked mayo Butter Salt ,pepper Coriander leaves For smoothiee-- 1/2 cup orange segments kept in freezer 1/2 cup orange juice 5 tsp curd 1 big spoon honey 2 tsp sugar Method---- Take potato in boil add green chutney and salt Take grated carrot in other bowl add sauce and salt and mayo Take a board and wet cloth and cover board Cut sides of bread and roll them Arrange three of them on board in continuation little overlapped Spread butter on them Sprinkle salt and pepper Cover half portion with potato mix and other half with carrot mix Now tightly start roll it and make a roll Keep in aluminium foil Make other roll also like that Keep in freeze for already half an hour At the time of serving cut them in slices

Veggies topping on oats theppla

Salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder minced garlic cloves 4 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp sesame seeds Green chilli paste 1 tsp oil Coriander leaves For topping--- 1/2 cup chopped three bell peppers 1/2 cup onion 1/2 cup paneer 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp oil Jeera Hing Coriander leaves Method---- Take oats flour and jowar flour in bowl and add palak puree and lemon juice.mix all other ingredients and make a dough.keep aside and make topping Heat oil and add jeera, hing add onion and saute now add bell peppers and cook them.add paneer and other veggies and spices Now roll down dough and cut in small pieces with a cookie cutter.heat tawa and cook theplas with oil from both sides.top them with filling and serve hot.

Avacado smoothie

1 avocado pulp 1/2 cup spinach 1/2 cup orange juice 1 cup yogurt 1 tbsp honey Cornflex And nuts Pomegranate seeds and Orange slice for garnish Method---- Take all ingredients in mixer and blend well Pour in glass Top with cornflex and nuts Garnish with orange slice and pomegranate seeds And serve cool

Vermicelli and suji idli

1 cup sooji 1 cup vermicelli 1/2 cup curd 7-8 cashew nuts Salt 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp rai 1 tsp urad daal 1 tsp chana 1/2 pouch of eno fruit salt Water as required Green chutney for serving Method---- Heat pan and roast sooji Transfer in a bowl In same pan roast cashews Add them in sooji Add little oil and roast vermicelli Stir it up and down and roast properly Add it in sooji and mix add salt Add curd and mix Now heat oil and add rai,chana,curry leaves,urad daal and make tempering Add it in suji mix and required water Adjust consistency and grease idli moulds Pour batter in moulds and steam for 20 min. Our idlies are ready Serve them with desired chutney
