ToToIngredients 2 cup noodles 1/2 cup flour 2 tsp oil Salt,pepper 1 cup paneer 1 chopped onion 1 green chilli leaves Coriander Haldi Red chilli powder Pepper 1 cup red and green capsicum Flakes Method Heat water and boil noodles Add salt and oil in water Crumble paneer add onion and chilli in a bowl Add spices in paneer Add maida and mix all of them Sieve noodles when boil Make rolls of paneer mixture Take flour salt and oil in a bowl and make dough Take a wok and heat oil Add green and red capsicum and cook Add salt,pepper,flakes,haldi and noodles and mix all of them Add some sauce and mi Make balls of dough and make tortila Cook them Both side Shallow fry ameer rolls Now take tortilla and add butter and flip it spread sauce upon it Arrange lettuce and put noodles and spread the Then add a paneer roll upon it and again spread noodles them And make a fold And wrap in foil Serve with onion rings and ketch up

Ingredents--- 2 cup flour 1 tbsp yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Oil 4 boiled potato 1 cup chop onion 1 chop tomato 1/2  cup chop capsicum 1/2 cup boiled peas 1 inch chop ginger 4 cloves of garlic Coriander leaves Salt as per taste 2 tbsp paav bhashi masala 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp haldi 1 lemon nuice Milk for milk wash Butter for butter buns on top Black and white sesame seeds Parsley Pomegranate pearls for garnish Method-- Take flour and salt in bowl Add yeast in lukewarm water add sugar Make well in flour and add yeast mix after 10 min. Make dough and knead for 7 min.oil it and cover keep it in warm place for 2 hours Till then make paav bhaaji Heat oil in pan add garlic and onion and saute Add ginger and geen chilli Mash potatoes Add capsicum and boil peas Add potatoes and mix and crush whole things Now add spices and paav bhashi masala We need dry so don't add too much water Add tomato and salt Cook them lastly add coriander leave

Ingredents--- 2 cup suji 3 cup water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tbsp oil For tadka---- 1 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp jeera Hing 1 tsp urad daal 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds 1 tsp chana daal 10 curry leaves 1 green chilli 1/2 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp red chilli powder Salt as per taste 1 tsp sugar 1 lemon juice Coriander leaves Sesame seeds Method--- Heat water in pan Add oil ,salt and ginger paste When water boil add suji and mix Turn off gas Cover for 5 min for rise of suji Heat steamer and grease tray Take oil in palm and make suji balls Cook in steamer for 20 min. Heat oil in pan add jeera hing Rai and curry leaves Then add both daal and fenugreek seeds Roast all of them And add haldi salt sugar and red chilli powder Add suji balls and little water Mix balls in masala and garnish with coriander leaves Serve with chutney

Ingredents--- 200 gram mava 2 tsp ghee 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp Cardmon powder Pista for garnish Method--- Heat ghee in pan add mava and cook it Stir regularly and when it starts leaving pan add sugar Again cook till sugar melt Add Cardmon powder Mix finely and let it cool Take bit of ghee in palm And make peda Garnish with pista
