Stuffed paav bhaaji buns

Ingredents---
2 cup flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Oil
4 boiled potato
1 cup chop onion
1 chop tomato
1/2  cup chop capsicum
1/2 cup boiled peas
1 inch chop ginger
4 cloves of garlic
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp paav bhashi masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 lemon nuice
Milk for milk wash
Butter for butter buns on top
Black and white sesame seeds
Parsley
Pomegranate pearls for garnish
Method--
Take flour and salt in bowl
Add yeast in lukewarm water add sugar
Make well in flour and add yeast mix after 10 min.
Make dough and knead for 7 min.oil it and cover keep it in warm place for 2 hours
Till then make paav bhaaji
Heat oil in pan add garlic and onion and saute
Add ginger and geen chilli
Mash potatoes
Add capsicum and boil peas
Add potatoes and mix and crush whole things
Now add spices and paav bhashi masala
We need dry so don't add too much water
Add tomato and salt
Cook them lastly add coriander leaves
Take dough and again knead a little
Make balls of equal proportion
Take one ball and stuff it with bhaaji
Prepare all of them and grease a mould
Place all in mould and let them rise for 20 min.
Preheat ovan and give milk wash to buns
Sprinkle both sesame seeds and parsley
Bake for 20 min.at 180 degree
When turn golden brown butter them
And enjoy
