Colourful Couscous salad

Ingredients-- 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 red onion 1/2 zuccini Pinch of salt 1 cup couscous 1/4 cup raisins 1 cup boiled  water 1 tsp grounded  jeera 1 tsp grounded  coriander seeds 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp pepper powder 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup grated carrot 1 cup  chana or cheakpeas 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1/2 cup mint leaves 1/2 cup parsley Pinch of salt 1/2 cup roasted  almonds 1/2 cup pomegranate  pearls Method-- Chop red bell pepper onion and zuccini Add salt and oil Coat them finely and roast in ovan for 20 min. Till then take a big bowl and add jeera coriander cinnamon haldi pepper oil minced garlic and lemon juice Mix all of them and add boiling water Now add dried couscous  and raisins Cover with cling and leave to stand for 10 min. After ten min.with a fork fluff up the grains Now add carrot and chana and coriander  mint and parsley Mix all of them Garnish with pomegr
