Without garam masala, and kitchen king masala ,raita masala and chaat masala how I can prepare my food.Certainly Ciba spices are extraordinary in  taste.They can make simple turai and chana daal special in taste. I am writing only recipes in which I add ciba masala.

Chana daal lauki vegetable Ingredients---

1 cup chana daal
1 cup chopped lauki
1 green chilli
1 tsp ginger paste
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
Pinch of hing
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king masala

Turai subji ingredients----

2 cup chopped turai
1 green chilli
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp coriander powder

Matar kachauri ingredients--

1 cup flour
1 tsp carrom seeds
1 tsp salt
2 tsp ghee
1 cup boiled peas
1 inch chopped ginger
1 green chilli
1 tsp kasoori methi
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
2 cloves
5 peppercorns
1/4 tsp hing
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp amchur powder
Oil for frying

Ingredients  for Raita---

1 cup thick curd
1 cup chopped tomato,cucumber
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 green chilli
Jeera powder
Red chilli powder
Raita masala (which I forget to put while photography)
Salt as per taste

Salad---

I use only cucumber and tomato in salad   1 tsp.chaat masala
Salt as per taste
Lemon juice as per taste

Ingredients  for pulao---

1 cup rice
1cup mix vegetables
(carrot,peas,capsicum,tomato)
1 inch chopped ginger
1 green chilli
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch.of hing
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 lemon juice

Chana daal lauki Method--

Boil chana daal
Heat oil add given dry spices
When splutter add lauki
Cover and cook on low flame
When it cooks 3/4 add chana daal and water
Add all spices a d cook till lauki become soft
When it leaves oil add garam masala and coriander  leaves

Turai subji---

Heat oil add dry ingredients
Cover it and cook on low flame
There is no need of water because it leaves water
Add spices and cook till soft

Matar kachauri--

Take flour,salt,carrom seeds in a bowl
Add ghee and rub flour in it
Make dough by adding required water
Heat oil for matar filling
Add all whole spices
Crush boiled peas
Add ginger chilli and peas
Stir them and add all spices
Mix them add.kasoori methi and garam masala
Devide dough in equal parts and make balls
Flattern ball and fill matar mix in it
Seal all edges then again flattern it
Prepare all kachauries like that
Fry them in low flame till golden

Raita method---

Whisk curd and add some water
Add veggies  and chilli
Lastly add raita masala and red chilli powder and jeera powder
Lastly add salt

Salad---

Cut cucumber and tomato in slices
Sprinkle  chaat masala and salt
Squeeze lemon upon it

Vegetable pulao---

Heat oil in cooler
Add whole spices and rice
Roast 1 min.then add all vegetables
Add given spices and 2 cup water
Mix all of them and give 1 whistle in cooker
Our pulao will be ready
Add garam masala and coriander leaves
