Green pulao

Ingredients-- For green mix--- 1 cup palak 1/4 cup coriander leaves 2 green chilli 1 inch ginger 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp rai 2 cloves 1 bay leaf 1 inch dalchini 1 cardmon 10 cahews 1 onion 1/2 carrot 1/2 cup capsicum 1/2 cup beans 1/2 cup matar Lemon juice 1/4 tsp garam masala Salt Method-- Heat oil in pan add dry whole masala Add green mix Then add rice Lastly add lemon juice and cashews Add vegetables and cook

Masala paneer

Ingredients-- For dry masala--- 1 tsp Cummin seeds 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds 3 Cloves 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 Dalchini 2 Cardmon 2 tsp Coriander seeds Marination--- Paneer cubes 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi Salt 1/4 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp ginger garlic paste For curry--- 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp jeera 2 Cardmon 2 Cloves 1 Dalchini 1 Bay leaf 4 pepper 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1/4 Haldi powder 1/4 tsp Garam masala 1/2 cup Curd 1/2 cup water Salt 1 tsp Kasoori methi 1 onion chopped 2 tomato chopped 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste Method-- Take all whole masala in pan and roast them Gind them coarsly and keep aside Add all masal in a bowl Add paneer cubes and mix gently Take ghee in pan and cook paneer cubes Now take oil and butter in pan Add all dry masala and cook Add ginger garlic paste And paneer Cook till soft add grounded masala and other spices Add tomato and cook till mushy When all cooked finely and leave oil add curd A

Onion kulcha

Add curdIngredients-- 3 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Salt 1/2 cup curd Water 2 tbsp oil For filling--- Matar 1 cup 1/2 tsp cummin 1 /2tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp chaat masala 2 tbcp coriander leaves 1/2 tsp chilli powder  Method-- Take dry ingredients in bowl and mix them Add curd and water as required Make a dough Knead it finely till smooth Add some oil and knead again till soft Keep it side for 2 hours For filling heat oil Add mashed matar and cook Add all masala and mix Add coriander leaves Now take a ball of dough and roll down in oval Add masala upon it Cover with a sheet and roll again lightly Niw flip it and brush with water to stick on tawa Put it upon tawa from water side Cook and then hold handle of tawa and cook kulcha on gas from all sides Butter it and serve
