Masala paneer


Ingredients--

For dry masala---
1 tsp Cummin seeds
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
3 Cloves
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Dalchini
2 Cardmon
2 tsp Coriander seeds

Marination---

Paneer cubes
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
Salt
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

For curry---

2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp jeera
2 Cardmon
2 Cloves
1 Dalchini
1 Bay leaf
4 pepper
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 Haldi powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup water
Salt
1 tsp Kasoori methi
1 onion chopped
2 tomato chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Method--

Take all whole masala in pan and roast them
Gind them coarsly and keep aside
Add all masal in a bowl
Add paneer cubes and mix gently
Take ghee in pan and cook paneer cubes
Now take oil and butter in pan
Add all dry masala and cook
Add ginger garlic paste
And paneer
Cook till soft add grounded masala and other spices
Add tomato and cook till mushy
When all cooked finely and leave oil add curd
Add water and mix
Cook for some time then add paneer
Add kasuri methi and garam masala
Garnish with coriander leaves
