Hello kitty sandwitch roll

Ingredients--- 4 bread slices 2 tbsp cream cheese 2 tbsp whipping cream 4 mango or banana slices Cling sheet Method-- Mix cream cheese and whip cream Beat them Cut sidings of bread  Take a cling sheet and put bread on it Apply cream mix on bread Put a mango slice upon it With help of cling make roll of bread And wrap in it Prepare all rolls like that Keep all sandwiches in freeze Decorate as you wish and serve cold

Crispy sticks

For sticks--- 2 tbsp boiled  potato 2 tbsp corn 2 tbsp peas 2 tbsp grated carrot 1 green chilli 2 garlic cloves Coriander leaves Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp garam masala For slurry-- 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp cornflour Salt Water Bread crumb for coating Dipping Sauce-- 1 cup water 1/2 tbsp lemon grass 10 gram ginger 1 tbsp tomato sauce 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 lemon juice 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp cornflour Salt as per taste 1 tsp Chilli flakes Method-- Take all vegetables  in a bowl add all spices Mash and mix finely Make fingers of the mix Add flour,cornflour,salt and water And make slurry no lumps should be  there Take bread crumb in a plate Dip fingers in slurry and roll in bread crumb Coat finely Heat oil and fry them Dipping sauce-- Heat water in pan add ginger and lemon grass Add chilli powder,sugar,salt and lemon juice And ketchup Stir it and boil Mix cornflour in water and add it in sauce Boil

Mini guacamole khakhra bites

Ingredients-- Readymade mini khakhra 30 1 Avacado 1 tsp garlic cloves 1 onion 2 green chilli 1 lemon juice Salt as per taste 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp jeera powder 2Tomato Coriander leaves Method-- Cut avacado in half and remove seed Scoop out avacado from peel Add chopped garlic ,green chilli ,chopped onion Squeeze lemon juice,  coriander leaves ,pepper and salt Mix all of them Add jeera powder Remove skin of tomato and deseed then chop finely And lastly add tomato Our guacamole is ready Take mini khakhra and apply guacamole  upon  khakhra and garnish with parsley Serve this wonderful starter easy and quick to prepare
