Crispy sticks
For sticks---
2 tbsp boiled potato
2 tbsp corn
2 tbsp peas
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 green chilli
2 garlic cloves
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp garam masala
For slurry--
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cornflour
Salt
Water
Bread crumb for coating
Dipping Sauce--
1 cup water
1/2 tbsp lemon grass
10 gram ginger
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp cornflour
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Chilli flakes
Method--
Take all vegetables in a bowl add all spices
Mash and mix finely
Make fingers of the mix
Add flour,cornflour,salt and water
And make slurry no lumps should be there
Take bread crumb in a plate
Dip fingers in slurry and roll in bread crumb
Coat finely
Heat oil and fry them
Dipping sauce--
Heat water in pan add ginger and lemon grass
Add chilli powder,sugar,salt and lemon juice
And ketchup
Stir it and boil
Mix cornflour in water and add it in sauce
Boil till thick and add chilli flakes
Our sauce is ready
Serve sticks with yummy dipping sauce
