Sweet potato and rice Burger(pen)

Ingredents--- 1 bun 1 boiled sweet potato 1/2 cup boiled rice 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 green chilli 1 tsp ginger paste Salt as per taste 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Coriander leaves 1/2 lemon juice Lettuce Onion and tomato slices Mayo 2 tsp Butter Method--- Take all ingredients in a bowl and mash and mix all Then make tikkies Heat tawa and add butter Cook tikkies from both sides Cut bun from middle Apply butter on both pieces Spread mayo Put lettuce Arrange onion slices Put tikki on it and then add tomato slices Cover with other part Serve with cold drink

Fish samosa(pen)

Ingredents--- Samosa dough--- 1 cup flour 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp ghee 1 tsp carrom seeds Water Samosa filling--- 3 boiled potato 1 tsp ginger paste 1/2 cup boil peas 1 green chilli Coriander leaves 2 tsp oil 1 tsp jeera 1/2 tsp hing Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp fennel powder 1/2 tsp chaat masala Method--- Take dough and devide in equal parts Roll down in oblong Make slanting slits in both sides In center fill with filling Cover with upper side And take one slit and bring towards other side Then take opposite slit and bring opposite side Lastly in center cut little triangle And moke marks on both sides Take peppercorn and make eye of fish Now brush with oil And keep in greased tray Bake for 20 min at 180 degree

For kulchha Ingredents--- 1 cup flour 1 tsp yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp curd Coriander leaves For samosa--- 1 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp carrom seeds 2 tsp ghee Water as required 2 boiled potato 1/2 cup boiled peas 1 tsp ginger 1 green chilli Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp pepper powder 7 kishmish 2 tbsp cashew in pieces 2 tsp oil 1 tsp jeera 1/4 tsp hing Coriander leaves 4 curry leaves 1 tsp fennel powder For serving---- Harisa dressing of veeba Southwest dressing of veena Lettuce Onion slices Butter for cooking Method--- For kulchha-- Add all ingredients and make a soft dough Leave covered for 2 hours Then devide in equal parts and roll down Sprinkle coriander leaves and again roll Cook on tawa from both sides.
