Fish samosa(pen)

Ingredents---

Samosa dough---
1 cup flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp carrom seeds
Water

Samosa filling---
3 boiled potato
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup boil peas
1 green chilli
Coriander leaves
2 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp hing
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala

Method---
Take dough and devide in equal parts
Roll down in oblong
Make slanting slits in both sides
In center fill with filling
Cover with upper side
And take one slit and bring towards other side
Then take opposite slit and bring opposite side
Lastly in center cut little triangle
And moke marks on both sides
Take peppercorn and make eye of fish
Now brush with oil
And keep in greased tray
Bake for 20 min at 180 degree
