Shotbread chocochip cookies with choclate(per)

Ingredients-- 1 cup butter 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 2 cup flour 3/4 cup choclate chips 1 cup choclate Sprinkles Method--- Cream butter and sugar Beat them with beater till creamy Add flour and vanilla essence Add choclate chips and make dough Take plastic sheet and roll down dough in 1/4 inch thickness Keep in freeze for at least 30 min Then cut in desired shape and bake for 10-15 min. Let them cool Melt choclate in microwave or in double boiler dip cookies in choclate and decorate with sprinkles.

French madeleines(per)

Ingredents--- 3 eggs 1tsp vanilla extract Salt pinch of 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 6 tbsp butter Glaze-- 3/4 cup icing sugar 2-3 tsp milk 1 tsp strawberry jam Pink food colour Method--- Melt butter and let it cool to room temperature Beat eggs with vanilla and salt until light in colour Add sugar gradually and beat 5-10 min.until mixture thick and drop down in ribbon consistency Sift  a third of flour in egg mix and fold it in after each edition Take about half egg mix and add in cooled butter then mix this in remaining egg mix and fold it Cover with cling and keep in freeze for 90 min. Preheat jivan and brush moulds with butter and pour battar in moulds And bake for 10-12 min.till edges starts to lightly brown. Remove from pan put on wire wrack Make glaze with given ingredients and dip madeleines
