Sarso saag on mini makki roti...... in pizza format

In this recipe I made dry saag because I serve it with mini makki roti like pizza along with onion and curd. Ingredents--- 2 cup sarson, 2 cup Palak, 2 tsp oil ,1 tsp jeera,6-7garlic cloves,2 chopped onion,2 green chilli, chop ginger, salt ,haldi, 1 tsp red chilli powder,hing, coriander jeera powder ,butter, 6 mini makki roti Method---- Wash sarson and palak and boil them.remive water and cool ,blend in mixi with ginger and chilli.heat oil add jeera and hing add garlic and saute ,add onion and saute then add sarson palak paste mix them and cook then add spices and cook for 2 min. Our saag is ready.serve with roti. Top roti with saag and put onion rings and curd on saag.
