Tofu mancha
Ingredents-- 300 gram tofu 3 tbsp cornflour Salt Oil for frying 1 inch ginger chopped 7 garlic cloves 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp vinegar 2 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tsp chilli sauce 2 red chilli chopped Salt Pepper 2 tbsp mint leaves 2 tbsp coriander leaves Chilli flakes Method--- Cut tofu in cubes Remove water by keeping tofu in tea towel Take cornflour in a plate Roll tofu in cornflour and fry in hot oil Heat oil add ginger and garlic Saute then add butter Add chilli sauce,vinegar and soya sauce And tomato sauce Add salt and pepper Chop mint and coriander leaves and add them in sauce Then add fried tofu and mix Sprinkle flakes Serve it and garnish with coriander leaves
