#TOMATO PUROLI
Ingredents--
1 cup flour
1 tomato puree
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
1 tsp Jeera
1 cup boiled kabuli chana
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tsp Ginger
2 cloves of garlic
2 green chilli
Salt as per taste
2 tsp chana masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
Hing
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
Coriander leaves
Geen chutney
Carrot and onion slices
Method---
Add flour tomato puree jeera and salt and make dough
Make puris and fry them
Add onion,tomato,chilli ginger in mixi and make paste
Heat oil add all fry spices and roast
Add onion garlic paste and cook
When it leaves oil add spices and cook
Then add chana and water
Cook and add garam masala and coriander leaves
Now take one puri spread geen chutney upon it and add chana masala
Top with carrot,onion slices
Make tight rolls and serve hot
