OATS METHI MUTHIYA Ingredients- 2 cup methi leaves 2 tbsp suji 1 cup coarsely ground oats 3 tbsp curd Salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp jeera powder 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp green chilli paste Hing For tadka---- Oil 1 tsp Rai Seasme seeds Curry leaves Green chilli Method--- Take a bowl and add oats, suji, methi ,curd and all ingredents and make a dough. Now roll it with hands and make a cylinder and put in steamer.cook for 20 min.you can check it with insert a knife .If knife comes clean then it is ready.
