Stuffed onion gravy

Ingredients-- 15 small onion 1/4 tsp Haldi 1/2 tspRed chilli powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala Salt For curry--- 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp jeera 1/4 tsp mustard seeds Hing Curry leaves 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 3 green chilli 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp jeera and coriander powder Salt to taste 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 capsicum in cubes 1.5 cup tomato puree 1/4 cup curd 1/2 cup water Kasoori methi Method-- In a bowl take all onions and mark cross upon them Then add all spices and toss them Leave for 15 min. Now heat oil add jeera,rai and hing Then ginger,onion and green chilli Saute them Now add all spices and cook Add capsicum and stir Then add tomato puree and let it cook till oil come out Then add xurd and mix Add water and onion Cover and cook for 7 min. Our vegetable is ready

Imli gud ki pyaaz ki subji

Ingredients-- 6 onion 2 tomato 1 inch ginger 4 green chilli Coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 tsp imli 2 tbsp gud 2 tbsp Mustard oil 1 tsp kalonji Or 1 tbsp panch phoran 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2  tsp haldi powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Method-- Chop onion and tomato in halves Heat oil in kadhai and add panch phoran let Splutter it Add gud ,imli and little water Mix them cook a little and add all spices Add water and tomatoes Cover and cook them add little salt When tomatoes cook half add onion Cover and cook for 4 min. Our vegetable is ready

Masaledaar laccha parantha

Ingredients-- 2 cup  wheat flour 1 tsp carrom seeds Salt Kasoori methi 1 cup milk 2 tsp oil For masala--- 1/2 tsp Haldi 2 tsp Mirch 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp amchur powder Salt 1 tsp jeera dhaniya powder Ghee Method--  Add all ingredients and mix Make soft dough and grease with oil Cover for 20 min. Then make masala by adding all masala and mix Now roll down dough in big size roti Apply ghee all over and sprinkle masala upon Now fold in pleats and make round spiral And add 2 crushed garlic cloves and black seasme seeds Sprinkle dry flour and roll down gently Now cook on tawa by adding ghee

Chilli garlic chutney

Ingredients-- Red dry chilli 16 15 garlic cloves Green chilli 4 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup coconut Salt Pinch of pepper 1/4 tsp black salt 1 tbsp imli Water as required Method-- Add all ingredients in the  mixi and grind finely.

Onion bhaji

Ingredients-- Onion 6 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 4 chilli 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp carrom seeds 1 tsp amchur powder Pinch of garam masala Coriander leaves 1.3/4 besan 3/4 cornflour 1 tsp lemon juice Salt Black salt pinch Oil for frying Method--- Chop onion in slices and open all Then except salt and black salt,besan and cornflour add all and mix Then add besan and cornflour Fry then and serve with chutney

Ambrosia salad

Ingredients-- Mix fruits can Or pineapple Orange Cherry Sour cream Whip cream Method-- Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix Cool it Serve

Tamatar pyaaz ka parantha

Ingredients-- 1 onion 2 tomato 3 chilli 1 inch ginger 5 cloves garlic Coriander leaves Haldi 1/2 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp 1 tsp dhaniya powder 1/4 tsp ajwain Salt Garam masala 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves Kasoori methi Rai Jeera Hing 2 tbsp besan 1 cup poha 1 cup aata 1 tbsp mustard oil Method---- Make dough and keep aside Heat wok add oil hing jeera and rai Then ginger,chilli and garlic Cook them add onion Cook it and add tomato Add salt and cover for 2 min. Then add add spices And besan make dry Add poha our stuffing ready Make parantha serve hot

Kajoor imli ki chutney

1/2 tsp saunfIngredients-- Ghee 1/2 tsp 1 cup imli 1 cup khajoor 1 cup gud Hing 1 liter water Salt rock salt 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp saunf 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1/2 tsp kala namak 1/2 tsp pepper powder Citric acid 1/4 powder Method--- Add ghee and hing in wok And add water Then add all ingredients and cook till 30 min. When chutney ready cool it Add in mixi and grind Sieve it and store it without adding water

Green chutney

Jeera 1 tsp Ingredients--- 1 cup mint leaves 1/4 cup coriander leaves 4 cloves garlic 1/2 cup spring onion 1/2 inch ginger 4 green chillies 1 tsp Jeera 1 tbsp anardana Lemon juice Salt 1 tbsp pickle masala water as required Method-- Add all in mixi and grind smoothly Chutney is ready

Missi roti

Ingredients-- Left over daal or cooked channa daal 1 cup wheat flour 2 tbsp Sring onion 2 tbsp Onion 1 tbsp Coriander leaves Salt 1/2 tsp Haldi 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp anardana powder 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds 1/2 tsp jeera 2 green chilli 1 tsp oil Ghee for cooking Method-- Add all ingredients and make a dough Keep it covered Roll down and cook like other parantha

Choclate waffles

Ingredients-- 1 cup flour 1 tbsp cornflour 1/2 cup powder sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp coco powder 3 tbsp curd 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp vanila essence Milk as per required Method-- Add flour ,cornflour,salt baking powder and sugar mix all of them Then add curd,vanila,butter and mix them finely Then combined both of them Mix and add milk Make ribbon consistency Then bake on preheated ovan for 20 min. Cool it fhen serve with vanila icecream

Walnut and choco chip cookies

Ingredients-- 1 cup butter soft 3/4 cup granualed sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1/1/4 vanilla essence 1/4 tsp lemon juice 2/1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 pinch cinnamon 2 cup choco chips 1/3/4 cup chopped walnuts Method-- Cream butter sugar and brown sugar Then add vanila and lemon juice and beat Until light and fluffy Add flour,oats,baking soda,salt and cinnamon blend them don't overmix Add choclate chips and walnuts Then place scoops on baking tray in regular gap Then bake them for 20 to 23 min.on preheated ovan at 180 degree. Let them cool for an hour then serve

Lemon brownie

Ingredients--- 1.5 cup flour 1 cup butter 1.5 cup sugar 2 tbsp lemon zest 1/4 cup curd 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup milk Glaze--- 3/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp lemon zest Method-- cream butter and sugar in a bowl Then add curd and beat Then sieve flour and baking powder Add wet ingredients in dry and fold Add zest and lemon juice Lastly add milk and adjust consistency Preheat ovan Grease mould or take silicon mould Transfer mix in mould Bake in ovan for 25 to 30 min. Till then make glaze Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix till sugar dissolves Our glaze is ready When brownie baked take out from ovan and cool it Then spread glaze upon it and let set for 3-4 hours Cut and serve
